1st Edition: Revisited - Episode 86

In this very normal episode, Bob and Nate honor the release of V5 by going back in time and reviewing a few 1st edition books we missed. What did we miss?
First, we talk about 17-page module, Blood Nativity. This story serves as an introduction to Vampire: the Masquerade and was published by Atlas Games in 1991 for White Wolf. We have briefly mentioned this in previous podcasts, but we get a bit deeper in this review. 
Next, we discuss the 36-page module, Blood Bond, also from 1991. This story explores the mystical blood bond, as well as centuries-old feud between two elder vampires. 
Finally, we discuss the 83-page story supplement, Ashes to Ashes, published in 1991 by White Wolf. This book continues the chronicle, Forged in Steel, and the battle between the prince of Chicago and Gary, IN. This book, as well as Blood Bond, are part of the Chicago Chronicles collection 3.

Cursed by the Divine
Faith in the Final Nights sometimes tends to polarize people, and the Kindred are no exception. Despite the cynical lack of faith that all too often characterizes the modern nights, a rare few find strength in reverence of a higher power. For these Kindred, spirituality is often a harrowing road as they are forced to reconcile their undead natures with the tenets of a God they may well feel has abandoned them.

Yet Still Reverent
Portraying a character who held his faith close to his unbeating heart has always been a challenge. This book looks closely at those Kindred, determining how they exist in the face of their obvious damnation. State of Grace applies real-world faiths to the World of Darkness, making for a realistic point of character development.

Montreal by Night is the latest in the series of "by Night" books for Vampire: The Masquerade. However, this book is unique because it's also the next in the Black Dog series. Montreal belongs to the Sabbat! We just couldn't do justice to the enemies of the Camarilla in any other way. So head north if you dare... and don't eat the red snow.


Clanbook: Ravnos - Episode 42

In this episode, we review and discuss the Ravnos Clanbook. Known for being wandering vagabonds and hucksters, the Ravnos are charlatans who gleefully practice their arts of deception and theft.
