Libellus Sanguinis 3 - Episode 139

In this episode, we review the third book of the Libellus Sanguinis series. This book details clans Gangrel, Assamite, and Followers of Set from the perspective of the Dark Ages setting. In the Dark Medieval World of Darkness, the Gangrel, the Assamites, and the Followers of Set are considered strange, dangerous outsiders to the (mostly) Christian European Cainites. These clans bring new ideals, as well as new dangers to the courts and domains of the Western Princes.

Wolves at the Door was written by Clayton Oliver, Jason Langlois, and Michael B. Lee and published on March 10, 2000 by White Wolf Publishing.

Europe is Beset

From beyond the lands that honest Christians call civilized, they come to wreak havoc. From Outremer, the Assassins extend their murderous reach. From hoary Egypt come the tempters who serve the dark will of Set. From the barbarous lands to the north stride the wandering Gangrel. None of them are pleased with what the rest of civilization has been up to.

The Erciyes Fragments - Episode 138

Welcome! We’re back with another Vampire: the Dark Ages review. This week, we explore The Erciyes Fragments. Meant to be an in-game prop, the Fragments tell an alternative perspective on the book of Nod: Potentially that of Caine’s himself.
This beautifully written book of Noddist Prophesy will be a welcome addition to any vampire game, past or present.
The Erciyes Fragments was written by C.S. Friedman and published on December 6th, 1999 by White Wolf Publishing.

”Maybe if he hadn’t killed his brother, White Wolf would have given his book a title that people could pronounce” – C.S. Friedman
