Liege, Lord and Lackey
Written by: Jason Carl, Tom deMayo, Michael Lee, and Wendy Soss

Who would serve Cainites, the dread lords of the Long Night?

The answer is surprising, as vampires draw their allies from all echelons of Dark Medieval society. From the humble cotter on the path outside the city to the prince regent of the greatest kingdom, mortals often move according to the whim of their unseen masters.

Come - join the legion of those retained by the Childer of Caine - and reap the benefits that servitude offers. Anything else is to live among the sheep, upon whom the wolves prey...

Vampire: the Masquerade 20th Anniversary Edition - Episode 94

Wow, that is a really long title to a book, if you think about it. I know why we all call it V20 now! Anyways, this podcast is a tiny bit non-traditional. We definitely review V20, but more than that, we talk about how V20 has impacted us as gamers and podcasters. It’s no secret that V20 has been a major factor in revitalizing this game for many old school players. I don’t suspect anyone will be shocked about what we think of this game and book. This book was written by Justin Achilli, Rose Bailey, Matthew McFarland, and Eddy Webb for White Wolf publishing and released October 21st, 2011.

We’ve been doing this podcast for 2 years, this month. We are constantly overwhelmed by how much support we’ve gotten from the community and how much positivity we’ve received from you, the listener. We have a ton of things planned for the last quarter of 2018 and early 2019. We do have plans to expand our online store and provide some cool and unique extras to our listeners. Thank you to everyone that supports us here, on our Patreon and everywhere else. You may not agree with us all the time, but our hope is that you do find us engaging and entertaining!

Here’s to 25 more years of Vampire: the Masquerade and a ton more fun, gaming and the World of Darkness!

exploded into hobby games in 1991 and inspired a generation of fans of which the game industry had never seen before or since. The cultural significance
Vampire left on not just the gaming world but on modern vampire-related pop culture can be seen and felt at virtually every turn and in every medium today.

Vampire: The Masquerade - 20th Anniversary Edition
brings the entire Classic World of Darkness experience full circle and will serve as the perfect anniversary milestone to celebrate two decades of gaming after dark. This is the original
Masquerade in all its glory, and our way of saying thank you and welcome home.

Clanbook: Giovanni Revised - Episode 65

In this episode, we review the Revised edition of Clanbook: Giovanni, for Vampire: the Masquerade. We discuss the role of the clan in the Final Nights, and how the events in the World of Darkness have impacted their family. This incestuous clan of Necromancers have remained independent, as much to evade politics, as to avoid scrutiny on the path to their final goal of 100,000,000 souls. This book was written by Greg Stolze with John Chambers, with additional material by Justin Achilli. It was published April 30th, 2001 by White Wolf Publishing.

Clanbook: Giovanni Revised
Written by: Greg Stolze with John Chambers
April 30th, 2001

 Blood and Betrayal
Embraced by a fallen clan during nights long past, the Giovanni have always had ambition. Now they bring that ambition to bear on a world they would claim for themselves. With vast wealth, the ability to command the spirits of the dead, and a strict familial hierarchy, the greatest enemy to stand against Clan Giovanni is itself.

The Curse of Caine Stolen
As the next entry in the revised lineup of clanbooks, Giovanni takes one of the classic Vampire sourcebooks and brings it into a modern context. All-new information accompanies revised material, inviting you to add as much depth to your character as you like. The sheer volume of information contained in the new clanbooks (each with 32 more pages than the first-edition books) permits Storytellers to round out their chronicles.

Happy New Year, everyone! In this episode, we discuss the awesome, under-rated and often overlooked "Secrets of Thaumaturgy" Sourcebook from the Vampire: the Masquerade game line. In this guide, you'll find the histories, concepts and modern practices of blood magics. Blood Magic: Secrets of Thaumaturgy
Jan. 12th, 2000
Written by:

Bruce Baugh, Chris Bjork, John Goff, Alan I. Kravit, Robin D. Laws and James Moore

Eldritch Texts and Kindred Blood
Blood magic, the jealously guarded secret of Clan Tremere, has long been observed with a wary eye. Is it the power of summoned demons? An application of the Blood's mystic properties? The will of spirits? Or is it something else altogether? Only those who master its dark secrets can know.

Hidden Lore Revealed
Blood Magic: Secrets of Thaumaturgy provides the answers to long-asked questions about this most powerful of Kindred Disciplines and explores a gamut of new possibilities. Included in the book are new paths and rituals as well as details on the lesser known but similar arcane practices. What is it about Thaumaturgy that has allowed the Tremere to ascend to prominence in the modern nights? This book examines the answer.

Clanbook: Nosferatu Revised - Episode 53

In this episode, we get down and dirty (heh, puns) on the Nosferatu and the giant stack of info this revised Clanbook provides. Like most of the 3rd edition/Revised Clanbooks, this is a must for any CWoD player's collection.

Clanbook: Nosferatu
Written by: Brian Campbell
March 19th, 2000

Of all the Kindred, the Nosferatu most resemble the Beasts they hide within. But the clan is far more than a motley assembly of twisted freaks. From their first nights to their modern incarnation as informants and spies, the Sewer Rats have as many secrets of their own as they have gathered from other Kindred. Up from the storm drains and tunnels they scuttle, but whether as ally or foe remains to be seen.
And the Creatures They Fear
Clanbook: Nosferatu
complements the clan's appearance in the revised edition of Vampire: The Masquerade. All-new information accompanies a reexamination of earlier concepts, allowing players and Storytellers alike to add as much freakish depth to their characters as they like.

Ghouls: Fatal Addiction - Episode 40

In this episode, we review the essential book about those that serve the undead: Ghouls. This book is essential for any storyteller looking to paint these half-damned individuals in the correct light, as well as players looking to create their own Ghoul character. Ghouls: Fatal Addiction is a must for any CWoD collection.
Also, we know there's a Ghouls and Revenants V20 book. We just forgot about it while discussing this book. Thanks.

Ghouls: Fatal Addiction
Written by:
Ronni Radner and Ethan Skemp
May 12th, 1997

C'mon...Everybody's Doing It...
It seems so easy. Just a sip, a taste, and you're better than all the rest. You can suck up a bullet wound to the gut. You can knock your enemies through walls with a shove. You can have all the night has to offer without sacrificing your body and soul to it. This deal is too good to be true. Yeah. That's what Faust said. And now the Damned want their due.

...You Know You Want It!
Ghouls: Fatal Addiction is a Vampire: The Masquerade sourcebook detailing the half-human servants of the Kindred. Whether you need a few new whipping boys or just want to taste the lash yourself, this book has everything you need to create ghouls as player or Storyteller characters.
Watch out, though. This book just might make Renfield wake up and smell his fix...and the master who lives by blood might die by it, too.
